Finance: Specializing in Owner/Builder and new construction finance; sales; acquisition and development.

Construction Management: Land purchase negotiations, managing the construction of public and private streets, financing and construction of new homes for both spec and owner builder projects. I have had extensive work relations with engineers, general contractors, all trades, city and county planning/building/inspection departments for lot divisions, permits and construction issues.

Land Development: Owned and managed lot subdivisions in City of Portland, Oregon. Planning and construction management of public street improvements and all utilities, including financing; administration, planning of subdivision infrastructure. Owned and financed subdivisions in Woodburn, Oregon; Castle Rock Washington and in Keizer.

Construction Consulting: Numerous feasibility studies for SFR, land development projects, subdivisions and multi-unit projects; land and project evaluation, budgets, finance and acquisition.

General Real Estate Investing: Built and sold spec homes. Purchased single lots as investments and resold to owner/builders. Developed multiple subdivisions with streets, partnered and restarted a stalled home subdivision and help to sell it out. Completed subdivision and build-out.

Property Management Consulting: 284 units, consulting, competitive bidding and management on all major projects as new roofs structures, window retrofits, and other major projects.

Parnership: Created and managed multiple LLC’s and partnerships to the completion of each project.
